Lavender Green Flowers

Wednesday, December 13, 2017 - 11:00

The Lavender Green Flowers team have been non-stop busily preparing for various Wintery festive events. The team has already installed over seventy Christmas trees and decorated a number of venues for the party season. The Christmas designs can range from traditional displays filled with cinnamon sticks, dried orange, green pine and festive flowers to icy Narnia themed overflowing with frosted pine, snowy pinecones, and white twigs.

On the evening of Thursday the 30th November Lavender Green Flowers partnered with the Historical Royal Palaces bringing to life a show-stopping modern fairy-tale wedding in the beautiful setting of Hampton Court Palace. Attendees, including bloggers, events managers and wedding planners, were greeted by something unique and completely different to what they thought they would find at a traditional Palace wedding. The guests walked down the Candle lit aisle to the rustic archway made out of twigs designed as an alternative to a floral arch. The feasting table showed the magic of breaking the boundaries of wedding design with heavy foliage designs and a beautiful runner. Rich greens such as Asparagus ferns and deep green foliage set in textured gold, black and wrought iron vases created a whimsical woodland setting.

Finally, Lavender Green Flowers is proud to be donating to the Thames Valley Hospice whom they have supported for over ten years. The florist’s drivers collect the flowers from events once they have finished which are then taken back to the studio and transformed in to hand-ties before being delivered to the hospice the next day always greeted with a smile!
