Lavender Green Flowers

Wednesday, March 7, 2018 - 17:45

2018 saw one of our busiest retail days to date, but our store isn’t just a pretty face. Historically, Lavender Green Flowers have had nothing to do with retail floristry or the general public, so when we opened the doors to our Fulham Road store 3 years ago, it was a bit of a shock. The location for our store was chosen for many reasons, but one of the most significant was its neighbours; we’re just a few minutes’ walk from The  Natural History Museum, The Science Museum, The Victoria and Albert Museum and The Saatchi Gallery… and that’s just the REALLY close ones!

Being so close to so many wonderful venues mean that we are in the most perfect location for client meetings, consultations and even tastings. Once a site meeting has been had, we find that our more creative clients need more time to run through their decorative options. Allowing them to do so in our store means that having come straight from their venue (with fresh minds), they can toy around in an immersive experience, keeping ideas fresh.

During Valentines Week (yep, a whole week of it!), we decorate the exterior of our store accordingly, meaning that it is the most perfect and romantic space for wedding consultations, but also meaning that literally thousands of people stop for photos… check out our Instagram if you didn’t get the chance to see it for yourself @lavendergreenflowers.

We’d all like to thank Unique Venues of London for pointing us in the right direction when we were choosing ‘shops’, without you, who knows where we would have ended up!
