Lord’s Cricket Ground, owned by MCC, has been voted the No.1 Sporting Venue by BDRC Continental, based on customer feedback for the sixth year running.

The award by the UK’s largest independent research consultancy recognises excellent meetings hospitality based entirely on event feedback from business event hosts.

Venues that consistently provide an excellent customer service experience are awarded a range of group and individual accreditations.

In BDRC Continental’s Venue Awards category, Lord’s Cricket Ground was awarded the accolade of No.1 Sporting Venue for its consistently excellent customer feedback.

Nick Kenton, Head of Sales for Meetings, Events and Hospitality at MCC comments: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been recognised as No.1 Sporting Venue in the BDRC Continental Awards for the sixth year running. This is testament to the fantastic team we have here at Lord’s who work tirelessly to provide a service to our guests that is second to none.”

Natalie Wiseman, Client Services Manager at BDRC Continental adds: “BDRC’s VenueVerdict provides the only venue accreditation programme determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based on the meeting experience.
