One spectacular Tower, 3 spectacular events

Next week, Moving Venue will bring its innovative food offering to a third event at The Tower of London following two recent successful client events.

Taking place in three different spaces in the iconic fortress and World Heritage site, Moving Venue designed a series of delicious menus for these individual events, showcasing its creativity and use of local, seasonal produce which draw on the food trends of the moment.

Over the three events Moving Venue will have served 500 guests in the beautiful surroundings of The Tower. Marinated and gently braised beef in Guinness  was served in King’s Great Hall in the White Tower. Caramelized fig, goat’s cheese curd, welsh honey with lavender was a favourite canapé, served amongst the historic displays of regimental colours and magnificent oil paintings of venerable field marshals in the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. And a canapé and fine wine reception was enjoyed by guests in The New Armouries under the rugged original wooden ceiling, joists and pillars of the New Armouries which Samuel Pepys described as a ‘noble sight’ in 1664.
