Katie brings with her extensive experience across some of London’s leading catering operations, alongside an unparalleled track record delivering world-class events at one of the capital’s most iconic institutions: the Natural History Museum. Her deep operational knowledge, attention to detail, and calm leadership have helped shape countless high-profile events, from elegant corporate receptions to complex large-scale productions.

Renowned for her collaborative approach, Katie has built outstanding relationships across the industry - from venue partners and suppliers to production teams and clients - making her a trusted and highly valued partner in event delivery. Beyond the planning floor, Katie is also a passionate wine enthusiast, having completed her WSET Level 3 qualification.
