This month, Moving Venue by Smart delivered a four-course à la carte menu for a client in the beautiful Kensington Palace State Apartments.
Following a reception in the Cupola Room, guests took their seats at the stately long dining table in the magnificent Kings Gallery, where an à la carte four-course banquet was served. This is the second recent event for which a client has requested an à la carte menu, and both an exciting challenge for them as external caterers and an unexpected treat for the guests, who do not usually expect a choice of menu on the evening.
Moving Venue has also noticed that clients opting for a four-course dining experience are able to take advantage of their chosen venue for longer.
