The first evening, tailored for event agencies, saw a celebration of bespoke cocktails, masterfully crafted with NEFT vodka. These were complemented by a number of circulated small plates and bowl foods, including ‘Summer gazpacho with crab salad, brown crab croutons, watermelon, jalapeno’ and ‘Spiced neck fillet of lamb accompanied by smoked aubergine, pomegranate, salsa verde’.
This year's Agency evening, introduced an unforgettable after-party, inaugurated by the Function Band. Against a backdrop of flowing cocktails and networking, attendees indulged in Moving Venue’s more informal circulated ‘Street Eats’.

As the curtains rose on day two, typically targeted towards corporate event buyers, Moving Venue treated guests to a "Rise and Shine" breakfast, featuring delights such as ‘Avocado, curd, podded peas, toasted seeds, and radish’, along with English fruit pots bursting with seasonal fruits such as brambles and blueberries. The day continued with circulated lunch items such as ‘King prawn slider, xo sauce, pickled cucumber, radicchio’ and ‘Asparagus and ricotta tortellini accompanied by lemon butter, pea shoots, thyme’, both additions to Moving Venue’s Spring Summer menus. To conclude the London Summer Event Show on a high note, a spectacular afternoon tea was served.
