We're sampling delicious new inspiring menus from the kitchen at Mustard HQ. Fresh, sharp flavours for spring and summer - a treat to lift us from the gloom of winter.
Light, healthy menus are on trend and our chefs have developed delicious ideas without the heavy carbs. John Dory or Halibut steamed in an aromatic stock served with a puree of celeriac, cauliflower or fennel with a sauce vierge or perhaps a salad of new season aspagus will happily balance the course without being too rich or heavy.
There is of course the option of retaining the delicious Pomme Anna!
