National Theatre’s Temporary Theatre available as a pop-up events space for five months

Pop-up restaurants have been one of the latest food crazes and whilst they’re still proving ever popular, it’s time for the events industry to get excited as the National Theatre’s eye-catching Temporary Theatre becomes available for a limited time period as a pop-up events space, prior to its relaunch as a drama venue in spring 2015.

With an enviable location amongst the bustle of the South Bank, the National Theatre reveals that corporate event bookings are now being taken for events held between 15th September 2014 and 28th February 2015.

Stripped back and restyled inside, the raw steel, plywood and brilliant red rough timber cladding of the Temporary Theatre’s exterior stands out brightly against the concrete façade of the National Theatre. This funky space offers event planners somewhere innovative and quirky to host product launches, photos shoots, conferences, drinks receptions or seated dinners. It has a standing capacity of 200, seats 70 guests for dinner and accommodates 185 for a conference.

For more information and to book your next event at the Temporary Theatre please email the team on hospitalityevents@nationaltheatre.org.uk or call 020 7452 3796.
