The Natural History Museum’s Venue Hire team has launched its own range of festive packages ahead of the world-renowned Hintze Hall’s re-opening.
With an incredible range of event spaces to suit all Christmas party sizes and styles, guests can enjoy exclusive pre-dinner drinks receptions in the smaller galleries, through to bespoke festive extravaganzas created and internally managed by the Museum’s experienced team of event professionals.
This Christmas, the world-famous Hintze Hall will feature a jaw-dropping 25m blue whale skeleton diving from the ceiling complemented by a fascinating new range of specimens in the Romanesque arches. Available for dry hire, the Museum’s largest entertaining space can host dinners for up to 650 guests or drinks reception for up to 1,200. Guests can further engage with the array of fascinating specimens on show by enjoying arrival drinks in the captivating Fossil Way or Dinosaur Way galleries, before entering the grand Hintze Hall for the rest of the evening’s celebrations.
Earth Hall, home to the most complete remaining Stegosaurus skeleton, can hold up to 400 guests to drink and dance under the stars and celestial map, with space for 200 guests to dine under the galaxy’s Earth sculpture making for an incredible seasonal setting. The new all inclusive packages available in Earth Hall, have been launched in partnership with Moving Venue and are designed to take the stress out of organising Christmas parties. Guests can enjoy the venue space from 7pm -12pm, arrival drinks, a choice of a three course dinner or canapés with bowl food from the approved Moving Venue caterers, unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks throughout, full production including lighting and DJ, cloakroom and full event management.
For a truly memorable experience for up to 3,000 people the Museum is also available for exclusive use. Guests can privately explore the many engaging exhibits each event space offers, or even utilise the Venue Hire teams’ list of experienced list accredited event suppliers to create different themed experiences throughout the venue spaces.
