Moving Venue are delighted to announce the promotion of Chloe Jackson (nee Martin) to Deputy Managing Director of the catering division within Smart Group.
Chloe joined Moving Venue five years ago, fresh from having won the Rising Star of the year award at the Event Awards, of which Unique Venues of London were in fact the award sponsor. During that period, she has risen from Senior Event Manager to Head of Sales to Sales Director and now to her current position.
Greg Lawson CEO of Smart Group who acquired Moving Venue back in 2015 was in fact a judge at the awards and comments "I met Chloe in 2014 judging for the Event Awards. Chloe’s presentation was just outstanding, her level of verve, passion and confidence was mesmeric and as she left the room I spoke the famous last words of 'You will work for me one day'. She has excelled in every single role that she has held and it would be fair to say that Chloe has acted as quasi managing director of the catering division for the last few years. I am delighted that she now holds the title."
Chloe has overseen Moving Venue’s turnover more than double in her time within the business and has been instrumental in the growth of business with unique venues in London as well as the businesses focus on exclusive catering contracts. Moving Venue have recently won Best in-house catering partner at the London Catering Awards for their work at Illuminate at the Science Museum, and continue to provide outstanding catering across London’s finest venues.
