The next expert panel has been revealed for the Unique Venues of London Showcase, taking place at Somerset House on Tuesday 6 October 2026, as the education programme continues to build ahead of the event.

Zoe Light, Head of Agency at Asembl; Clare Arouche, Head of Hospitality & Events at The National Gallery; Martin Dibbens, Co-Founder of Premier Crew Ltd; and Lucy Eden, Founder of Be in Your Element will take to the stage for:

Designing Experiences for the Next Generation of Event Planners

A new generation of event professionals is reshaping what great events look and feel like. As priorities evolve, so do expectations around wellbeing, flexibility, authenticity and memorable experiences.

The session will explore why London’s unique venues are perfectly placed to meet these changing demands, from wellness-focused breakout spaces and mindful catering to low and no-alcohol choices and immersive environments that create genuine connections.

Key themes will include: next-generation event trends, delegate wellbeing, wellness spaces, low & no alcohol, experience-led events and future attendee expectations.

Bringing together perspectives from agency, venue, event operations and wellbeing, the panel promises a lively discussion around what the next generation of planners and their attendees really want from events.

And guests will get the chance to experience one of those changing trends for themselves.

Premier Crew has secured support from Wild Idol and Pentire, who will be joining the Showcase with tastings of their alcohol-free drinks, giving attendees the opportunity to discover some exciting alternatives as part of the day.

Taking place from 9am–2pm at Somerset House, the Showcase will bring together 70+ of London’s unique venues under one roof, giving event professionals the opportunity to meet venue teams face-to-face, discover new spaces and save hours of venue sourcing and research.

The event is being delivered by Event Industry News in partnership with Unique Venues of London, with RefTech as Official Event Tech Partner.

Attendance is free for event professionals who book events and venues, but places are limited.
