The system, designed to inform customers, categorises foods into four groups: unprocessed/minimally processed, processed ingredients, processed foods, and ultra-processed foods. This initiative responds to growing evidence linking UPFs to over 30 health concerns, including heart disease, cancer, obesity, and anxiety. Recent studies suggest that 14% of early deaths in the UK may be attributable to high UPF intake, highlighting the importance of transparency in food preparation.
Three Main Benefits:
Menu Transparency: The clear labelling fosters trust, showing No.11 Cavendish Square’s commitment to customer wellbeing and responsible catering.

The UPF traffic light system is integrated throughout the menu, from breakfast and lunch to canapés and private dining, reflecting the venue’s dedication to sustainability, nutrition, and ethical sourcing. This forward-thinking approach sets a new standard for event catering in London, making healthy eating both accessible and enjoyable.
