Payne and Gunter was delighted to be appointed by Informa to support the Lloyd’s List Global Awards 2016 on 28th September, 2016 at the National Maritime Museum.
Hosted by Fiona Bruce and attended by 450 industry professionals, the black tie event included a three course best of British themed dinner, and post Awards drinks in the historic setting of the Museum’s Neptune Court. Our second year supporting this fabulous event, this year opting for dessert stands to be offered at the table whilst after dinner bars and coffee stations then opened in the Streets.
Payne and Gunter provided;
Game terrine wrapped with leeks, mustard dressing, confit goose scotch egg with crunchy pearl barley
Wellington of slow cooked rib wrapped in brioche dough, roast fillet of West Country beef, thyme roasted barrel potatoes, savoy cabbage, celeriac puree
Dessert stand of Salt caramel and chocolate pots; Raspberry cream meringue Eton mess; Apple and blackberry crumble
