In celebration of The Wallace Collection’s Friday late openings, Peyton and Byrne have tailored their food and drinks offer to inspire visitors and dinners to try something new and to immerse themselves in the surroundings of the wondrous Wallace Collection.
Introducing ‘Fizzy Fridays’ at The Wallace. Throughout the autumn, every Friday evening The Wallace Restaurant Bar will be serving a selection of Champagnes and remarkable sparkling wines, by the glass, all for £5. To accompany these fizzy tipples, the Peyton and Byrne chef has created a delicious selection of French inspired small plates, all served from 5pm.

The Wallace Collection will be open every Friday until 8pm for the duration of the Tom Ellis exhibition, from 15th September – 26th November (please note that the main gallery will close at 5pm but the exhibition is open until 8pm) and the restaurant will continue to open on Friday and Saturday nights until 11pm.
