January 2026
Pinstripes & Peonies are celebrating three successful years of sponsoring local primary school, Herbert Morrison, as part of their Positive Impact initiative.

Travelling back in time to January 2023 when P&P first decided to undertake this project, the garden was unkept with no resources for maintenance and was so overgrown that even some of the staff didn’t realise the full scale of the space.

Fast forward to today, P&P has lovingly relandscaped the grounds, providing two gardeners every Tuesday throughout the year. The garden is now abundant with thriving plants, florals and props that were once used at their events, weddings and installations.

Aligning with P&P’s mission to reuse, repurpose and replant, the garden includes potting sheds and wicker huts from their numerous Chelsea Flower Show installations, planters from client summer parties, scaffold board flower beds that were previously flower walls and hundreds upon hundreds of repurposed plants.

The team at P&P have hosted several volunteer days for corporate clients and industry friends who have come down to the school, rain or shine, to lend a helping hand with the weeding, planting and general maintenance.
Whilst giving back to the community and providing respite from urban surroundings, the garden is being used to educate the students about nature and wellbeing. The initiative has been so successful that P&P are looking to roll it out to a further four schools this year.
