Private Drama Events Supports Best Beginnings Charity Gala

Wednesday, May 30, 2018 - 14:30

Private Drama Events returned to the Guildhall on the 17th May to support the Best Beginnings 10th Anniversary Dinner by directing and producing a line-up of entertainmentthat included a gravity defying display by the Catleap Gymnastics Club and Gold Medalist Steve Frew, a soaring ‘Best Beginnings’ anthem by singer Laura Doggett and finally a barn storming performance by the cast of the multi award winning School of Rock.

The event attended by a galaxy of stars from stage and screen including Damien Lewis, Andy Serkis, Helen McCrory and Will Greenwood was hosted by TV’s Charlie Webster and in the experienced hands of auctioneer Charles Hanson raised more the £100,000. This gala fundraiser follows Private Drama Events previous successes with immersive, theatrical charity events at the Guildhall including the Roald Dahl and Harry Potter themed events for Save the Children in 2016 and 2017.

Here at Private Drama Events, we are thrilled to have been recently appointed as an approved supplier at The National Gallery and BAFTA. We look forward to many amazing events to come at these beautiful venues.
