As the seasons shift and weather changes, so too do rhubarb's menus. Our brasserie style dishes, chosen for their informal yet informed flair, include an elegant starter of charred winter vegetables with house ricotta, clementines, chilli and bruschetta. Indulgent desserts are the perfect winter warmers with chocolate Jivara, hazelnut dacquoise, salted ice cream and mini brownies for the perfect sweet ending.

Our fine dining menus offer a contemporary take on classics, blending elegance, innovation and tradition with modern techniques. Show-stopping dishes include breast of partridge, game cromesqui, glazed boulangère potatoes and brussel tops. Whilst desserts seal the deal with the Indian summer edible garden served with chocolate and passion fruit pebbles, hibiscus sorbet and kataifi.
