Rocket, one of London's leading luxury caterers, has published its first Impact Report, marking an important milestone in the company's sustainability efforts.

Using data from the 2024-25 financial year, the report establishes a clear baseline for Rocket's environmental and social impact, helping the business understand where it is today and where it can have the greatest impact in the future. It covers responsible sourcing, food waste, carbon emissions, employee wellbeing and community partnerships, and sets out a series of measurable targets for the years ahead.

One of the report's key findings is that 88% of Rocket's carbon footprint sits within its supply chain, highlighting the importance of working closely with suppliers to reduce emissions. It also showcases initiatives already underway, including AI-powered food waste monitoring, surplus food redistribution and a continued focus on seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients.
