RSA House hosted Pure Communications Group for their ‘AHEAD’ hybrid event

RSA House hosted Pure Communications Group for their AHEAD hybrid event. The concept of the event was to demonstrate how to facilitate a successful hybrid event and to deliver solutions to many key challenges that corporate clients have when wanting to deliver hybrid events.

Taking place in the stunning Great Room, 30 guests from the top 500 ftse companies attended in person with over 100 attendees watching online. Radiance Production facilitated the smooth live broadcast. Guests were sent a pre-event safety guide before attending, welcomed into RSA House with all the appropriate Covid safety measures and served a delicious and refreshing brunch bento box by in-house caterers, CH&CO.

Host Charlotte Gentry (Founder and CEO, Pure Communications Group) was joined by panellists included Samme Allen (MC/Emcee, Virtual Event Host, Moderator & Meeting Designer), Adrian Dickson (Founder & CEO, Starstruck), Laura Pearce (Head of Sales, RSA House) and Laura Capell-Abra (Workplace Wellbeing Specialist) who all gave their views on hybrid, insights on how to deliver COVID-safe events, telling us how to get stakeholder buy-in for live events and what clients need to address in their event communications moving forward.
