RSA House is delighted to announce the next event in its Culinary Conversations series: Culinary Conversations: Chef Masaki Sugisaki at RSA House, taking place on Monday 6 October 2025.
In honour of the World Expo Osaka, this one-night-only dining experience will celebrate Japanese culinary artistry and the finest British produce. Guests will enjoy a bespoke four-course menu created by Chef Masaki Sugisaki, Executive Chef and Owner of the acclaimed Knightsbridge restaurant Dinings SW3, paired with curated wines and cocktails to complement each dish.
Set in the RSA’s iconic Great Room – where Alexander Graham Bell first showcased the telephone – the evening will combine exceptional food, cultural storytelling, and the atmospheric backdrop of one of London’s most historic venues. The RSA’s natural styling for the evening will feature wood, moss, greenery and candlelight, creating an elegant and intimate dining setting.
About Chef Masaki Sugisaki
Born in Saitama, Japan, Masaki grew up in his family’s traditional Kaiseki restaurant before honing his craft in Tokyo and London, including as part of the Nobu Berkeley Street opening team. At Dinings SW3, which he founded in 2017, Masaki is celebrated for his contemporary Izakaya-style dining, blending Japanese techniques with European influences. His menus champion sustainability, with a signature “gill-to-tail” philosophy that ensures every part of the fish is used, and he works directly with South West day boats to source the freshest seafood with minimal waste.
