Spring Bookings by the Hour Available at Trinity House

Thursday, February 11, 2021 - 12:15

To provide meeting planners with increased flexibility during on-going Covid restrictions, Trinity House on Tower Hill is accepting essential meeting weekday bookings chargeable by the hour at £400 per hour plus VAT for a minimum booking of two hours, valid until 30th April, 2021 (for both booking and completion of event).

Further and on-going rate flexibility may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and format of the event (i.e. charity or liveries etc.).  Trinity House also welcomes location filming, currently within Government Covid guidelines. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/guidance/national-lockdown-stay-at-home for more information on permitted meetings under the current government strictures.

During 2020, Trinity House was issued with Visit Britain’s Good To Go’ Certificate of Assurance by Visit England… to provide a ‘ring of confidence’ …and reassurance to visitors that businesses have clear processes in place and are following industry and Government COVID-19 guidance on cleanliness and social distancing.’  In addition, the MIA (Meetings Industry Association) has issued the venue with their ‘Secure Accreditation’ Certificate.  Additional disinfectant measures undertaken by the events management team at Trinity House has included an on-going schedule of commercial ‘fogging’ – the sterilisation and de-contamination of all internal surfaces with a light chemical mist which has been rigorously tested and proven to be non-harmful to humans, animals, plants, electrical equipment, artefacts and antiques, including paintings which guarantees the elimination of 99.999% of known bacteria and viruses.

Trinity House aims to increase bookings of ‘hybrid’ events (combining nominal physical attendance with an enhanced digital presence) subsequent to the installation of high speed wi-fi.
