Sternberg Clarke share their autumnal entertainment ideas

Thursday, August 29, 2019 - 10:00

Sternberg Clarke have turned their attentions to September and October with some entertainment ideas for autumn.

One is replicating an autumnal walk through a local woods. Forest-themed events are always popular once September and October roll round and if you are looking to book themed characters for your event, Forest Fauns should be a no brainer. Perhaps working in conjunction with another supplier like Twilight Trees, they are always a huge hit and yes, you can put them on stilts to help them really stand out.

Another act that conjures up images of the forest, especially with its glorious promo material, The Dreamcatcher is evocative and superbly designed. It is perfect for aerial hoop dancers to impress at your event and can easily be rigged in any suitable venue.

Ah, autumnal nights. A hot chocolate, a marshmallow or two… What could be better? Bringing the essence of a photo booth to your event (and more importantly, just as useable outside as in), the Light Painters give every subject a wand with an LED on the end. Through the magic of shutter speeds and other technical aspects, guests can ‘paint’ with the light and create something truly memorable.

If you are taken by the idea of a party inspired by A Midsummer Night’s Dream (and many are during the autumnal period), Fire Elves would be the perfect accompaniment to truly wow the crowd. Perfect for corporate parties alongside themed weddings and private events, this act comes from former Cirque du Soleil performers, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

Lastly, there’s just something about Goodwin’s Gatsby that suggests they would be the perfect choice for an event in September, October or November. Those presumptions would be correct because not only do they look the part, they can play the part as well. Delivering soul and jazz songs that are sure to impress anyone and everyone at your party, they are an excellent chillout option for any event.
