Following an incredible inaugural season, Somerset House are delighted to announce the return of the Summer Season in 2027, transforming its iconic Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court into one of London’s most distinctive and desirable summer event destinations. 

For four weeks only from 8 June – 6 July 2027, the spectacular Grade I-listed courtyard will once again feature an elegant semi-permanent structure, creating a unique combination of indoor and outdoor event space against one of London’s most recognisable architectural backdrops. 

Designed with flexibility in mind, the space for up to 500 people for a seated dinner or up to 1800 people for a standing reception provides a beautiful canvas for summer parties, awards dinners, receptions, brand activations, corporate events, and private celebrations, allowing events to flow seamlessly between the covered structure and open-air courtyard. 

Delivered in partnership with Moving Venue and Event Concept, the Summer Season brings together exceptional hospitality and creative production and event design, providing the expertise to bring each event to life.
