Tonic (formerly Harbour & Jones Events) are delighted to announce that they picked up the Caterer of the Year title at the Event Awards. Following a comprehensive written entry submission, the caterers faced three other finalists in a head to head tasting round. A panel of five top industry judges critiqued service, creativity, concept and flavour – not only tasting the food but interviewing the team on their experience and presentation.

The win follows the launch of their rebrand, unveiling a new name, logo and complete appearance. The fresh look comes as the caterers celebrate 12 years in business and picking up the award for the second time reaffirms their leading presence in the field of experiential events catering.

Furthering these accolades, Tonic are pleased to announce that November sees the arrival of Alastair Moir as Director of Tonic. Alastair will oversee their place as industry trendsetters and innovation leaders, producing large-scale gala dinners, intimate private functions, charity fundraisers and brand activation events in iconic venues such as Science Museum, St Paul’s Cathedral and Westminster Abbey.
