Twilight Trees at The Royal Albert Hall

July 2024

Twilight Trees was amongst a select team of creatives that recently came together to transform the iconic circular stage at The Royal Albert Hall into an enchanted forest. An experiential dinner was planned for 90 exclusive guests with the creative brief heavily inspired by Tchaikovsky’s classic ballet, Swan Lake.

Twilight Trees put together a statuesque Grande Wisteria tree alongside 6 Grande White Blossom trees which were then combined with the masterful floral installations of Mary Jane Vaughan. The tumbling blooms and twisted trunks were given an unworldly presence as they were teamed with the clever use of lighting and theatrical smoke. The overall effect of the set-up was breathtaking, giving the stage an ethereal and dramatic presence.

Guests were then treated to an immersive and atmospheric six course dining experience upon the stage with catering led by critically acclaimed chef, Eric Chavot and his team from Coda Restaurant.

Sian Cappucci, Executive Events Manager of The Royal Albert Hall commented; ‘The trees looked absolutely stunning, even better than we imagined, they transformed the space. I would highly recommend Twilight Trees to any organisation or individual who would like to add something extra special to their event, you won’t be disappointed’.
