Twilight Trees launch ‘Gold Forest’ at Banqueting House

Wednesday, May 8, 2019 - 12:30

Twilight Trees, who have always been at the forefront of artificial tree design, launched their stunning new ‘Gold Forest’ collection recently at the Pearl & Pear’s ‘Palace Pearls of Wisdom’ event at Banqueting House. The brand brought their whole golden collection to the venue, which mirrored Banqueting House’s opulent elements of gold woven throughout.

Susie Reid Thomas, Creative Director of Twilight Trees, used the building itself as inspiration for the decoration and feature installation. Speaking on the concept, she said, “We created a walkway with an eclectic range of gold trees in varying heights which gave an artistic and fun nature to the display and created the ultimate ‘Insta-worthy’ backdrop. The walkway was designed to be an experience and working with Wow Grass we achieved something really quite special.”

The unique and magnificent trees are handcrafted to the highest specification and are the first of their kind. Perfect for an awards ceremony, Chinese New Year, Christmas or weddings, these trees are entirely unique and undisputedly majestic.

The Golden Delicious tree, which stands at 3.5 metres tall, is a solid as gold bullion, but when juxtaposed against the light and luminescent gold leaves it has a remarkable presence.

The Gold Leaf tree, which stands at 1.35 metres, makes the perfect table centre. Gold from base to leaf, this tree is a graceful, standout piece. While it can be admired on its own, its beauty is magnified when paired with the Golden Delicious tree.

Finally, the Gold Forest is an eclectic mix of trees ranging from 2.8m – 3m high to 1.7 and 2m wide. These trees are extraordinarily realistic and organic in shape.

Launched in 2014 with their LED Cherry Trees, Twilight Trees have since branched out to include a breathtaking collection of ‘Trees in Bloom’, LED Maple and Palm Trees, and ‘Trees in Green’. The rental service, which stretches across Europe and has global sales, boasts varied clientele, from brides and grooms planning intimate weddings to companies planning extravagant events for top secret clients and huge corporations such as Google and Huawei.
