Zafferano, London’s leading prestige caterer, has appointed two new members of staff, expanding its sales team following a strong start to 2017.
Mia Vilcins and Lulu Summerfield join the team as event producers, assuming responsibility for a large portfolio of clients and venues. Balanced with an operational role, they will help deliver the show-stopping experiences for which Zafferano is well-known.
Mia joins having spent a number of years as an events executive at Historic Royal Palaces, overseeing all types of events, from product launches to parties, at the Tower of London. Lulu joins the Zafferano team building on rich sales experience gained on the sales team at Green & Fortune, where she delivered fantastic results for the Rotunda Bar and Restaurant.
The recruitment drive follows a period of significant growth for Zafferano at a time when confidence in the marketplace is high; the company has seen a notable rise in enquiry levels.
Commenting on the appointment, Summerfield said: “Having gained a lot of experience in the events industry, I am excited to apply my skills in a catering business as innovative as Zafferano.
