We’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the necessary hygiene protocols and health & safety procedures are in place to safely welcome back event delegates. These procedures are detailed in our ‘Delivering Safe Events at the Museum of London’ document, which takes organisers through the different areas of booking an event, showcasing all of the new protocols from the initial enquiry stage through to the event itself.

In readiness to welcome back events, capacities and floor plans have been revised to ensure they meet the current social distancing guidelines, and we have achieved Visit Britain’s ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard along with also being awarded AIM Secure Accreditation, meaning the intrinsic detail required to safely host events has been independently assessed and accredited to give organisers and delegates further peace of mind.

Guests should retain a minimum one-metre+ social distance and seating in various formats will be arranged in line with official regulation.
