Open for Meetings

Tuesday, August 11, 2020 - 11:45

Many of our museums, galleries, tourist attractions and institutions have now opened their doors again to the public. As permitted venues some of them are also able to host meetings for up to 30 people, as approved by the Government. Here are just a selection of those that are pleased to welcome you for a meeting now and in the near future:

10-11 Carlton House Terrace

10-11 Carlton House Terrace is a striking Central London venue which boasts 9 event spaces available for meetings and events delivered safely within government guidelines.

The team have worked hard to ensure the venue was ready to safely re-open for business meetings from 1st August. The safety of event guests, organisers, suppliers, and staff is their top priority. The venue holds both the MIA’s AIMSecure accreditation as well as VisitBritain’s “We’re Good to Go” mark by implementing physical distancing measures, cleaning procedures and protective practices among other measures.

Within the first week of August the team has successfully and safely delivered their first small meeting. The client, required a central, professional, and grand space to host interviews to appoint the Trust’s new director. Central to their search was safety, flexibility, and the requisite technology to have live and virtual attendees.

Feedback from this meeting has already been fantastic. The client was pleased with the confident, prompt, and positive communication and service from the team throughout planning and delivery and has rebooked for another meeting in October.
