Tuesday, July 3, 2018 - 10:00

Unique Venues of London, a marketing consortium representing over 80 independent venues, is set to exhibit at Mash Media’s inaugural ‘Confex Future Focus’ exhibition in Manchester, 4th-5th July.

Launching at the iconic Mancunian venue, Victoria Warehouse, the new two-day show has been created to celebrate the bright future of the events industry. Event organisers, agencies, corporate planners and suppliers are encouraged to join thought-provoking educational seminars and debates whilst building meaningful business relationships and extend industry connections.

Lisa Hatswell, managing director of Unique Venues of London, explains: “We are delighted to head up to Manchester to support this exciting new industry offering from Mash Media. The team at UVL are passionate about showcasing the ease of booking London venues from further afield, with us working as an extension of venue teams, an easy port of call, to seamlessly direct enquiries to the most suitable venues, helping inspire event planners with venue suggestions they may have not previously considered.

“As it stands in 2018, UVL celebrates its’ 25th anniversary representing 88 incredible venues throughout the capital city, championing a record number of heritage, landmark and unusual spaces which all display individual character and share a common passion for excellence in delivering high-end hospitality. With over 26,500 events held across our member venues each year, UVL is a key industry advocate of business tourism and placing London’s historic and unique venues on the global map. The association brings in business from major brands, global corporations, A-list celebrities and high net worth individuals who all are on the lookout for unusual architectural backdrops coupled with the newest immersive experiences.

“As such, Confex Future Focus is the perfect industry event for us to exhibit at this year, sharing our ethos in helping to develop and support the future growth of the UK events landscape.”
