Whatever the weather, holding an event in a marquee gives you the opportunity to experience some of London’s most stunning outside spaces whilst celebrating a ceremony or hosting an outdoor party. Many of our 80+ unique venues have extensive grounds and stunning gardens in which to accommodate guests, whether it’s a countryside feel or a taste of being at the heart of London.

Light and spacious, there’s something quintessentially British about a marquee venue in summer; it’s England at its romantic best. Keep it classic with drinks and canapes for a wedding reception or select a more formal experience for a sit-down corporate event.

A number of our member venues have permanent outdoor fixtures available all year-round or can work with you to install temporary solutions to suit your particular theme: create a festival environment with spacious tipis, experience nature with a transparent structure, or design a traditional wedding space with a luxurious marquee.

For centuries, Hampton Court Palace has boldly and magnificently played host to gala celebrations, festive banquets and historic meetings. England’s most famous kings and queens, from Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn to William III and Mary II, dazzled audiences of ambassadors, courtiers, cardinals, artists and dignitaries with the grandeur and majesty of the palace.

The Horniman is home to three unique spaces available for private hire. An elegant Victorian Grade II listed Conservatory, an Edwardian Grade II listed Bandstand, and a sleek contemporary Pavilion. The Museum itself houses internationally important collections of anthropology and musical instruments, a fascinating Natural History Gallery and an acclaimed Aquarium. The recent addition of a Butterfly House makes the Horniman a truly unique and inspiring destination. 

Royal Hospital Chelsea

Founded in 1682 by Charles II and designed by Sir Christopher Wren, the Royal Hospital Chelsea was built as a home for 'veterans broken by age and war'.  For over 300 years it has housed the famous scarlet-coated Chelsea Pensioners, former soldiers of the British Army, who come to live in this magnificent site during their retirement. Its stunning buildings and gardens make for a truly idyllic location for your event in central London.  

Nestled among the vibrant energy of London's South Bank, Southwark Cathedral presents an illustrious setting for conferences and meetings. With its rich historical significance and Gothic architectural splendour, our venue offers a diverse range of spaces tailored to suit various event needs.

The College grounds boast lawns, courtyards and colonnades providing a perfect welcome. The venue’s elegant rooms offer guests an unforgettable and incomparable experience. Ideal for awards dinners, PR events, drinks and canapé receptions, weddings, and the newly refurbished Admiral’s House for meeting and training rooms.

With excellent facilities and a wealth of flexible interior space, Twickenham Stadium can effortlessly cater for large-scale business conferences, meetings, private dinners and social receptions. In all there are 34 flexible, dedicated spaces and rooms, many providing attendees and delegates with a view of the famous playing field that has inspired the national rugby team.

From private dinners in the Fourth Form Room to spectacular parties in the Speech Room, Harrow School is an ideal location for your event. Working with selected suppliers, we can manage all aspects of event design, production and catering to ensure that your event, like us, is unique and exclusively yours.

Situated in the heart of London, yet with beautiful and secluded surroundings, this historic venue boasts one of the finest Elizabethan Halls in the country.  Built in 1570 it remains virtually unaltered to this day never failing to wow clients when they step into the room.   An impressive setting for dinners up to 300 and receptions up to 500 guests.

The stunning suite of Bench Apartments with exquisite carved panelling and intricate ceilings are ideal for smaller receptions, lunches, and meetings.

For 1000 years, the Abbey has hosted a fantastic variety of events; the crowning of kings and queens, weddings, christenings and proclamations were all held within this magnificent building.

Today, you too can experience the tantalising prospect of celebrating your event in a location steeped in history and complete with 21st century ambience.

Standing at the edge of the City of London, the Museum of the Order of St John offers eight stunning rooms dating from the twelfth to the twenty-first centuries, and a secluded garden.

A hidden jewel in the heart of London, the Museum contains some of the most historic and atmospheric spaces the city has to offer, housed in one of the few gatehouses to survive centuries of redevelopment and war.

Built in the 16th century on the site of a medieval abbey, Syon stands amidst 200 acres of Capability Brown parkland. Peaceful enough to feel like an oasis of calm, and yet only a stone’s throw from Central London.

The London home of the Duke of Northumberland and the Percy family, for over 400 years, Syon has incredible historical connections from the medieval and Tudor past and our elegant spaces are sure to bring style and sophistication to your event. 

Today, the palace is available to hire for a limited number of events each year, whether for fabulous garden parties, sumptuous weddings, amazing dinners or sensational awards ceremonies. The list is endless as the spaces and gardens offer a variety of exciting and versatile spaces to hire.

The State Apartments are a succession of opulent, palatial rooms consisting of four venue spaces, The Privy Chamber, The Kings Drawing Room, The Cupola Room and The King's Gallery. These spaces are available for private evening hire.

Described as a hidden gem, Camley Street Natural Park overlooks the calm waters of Regents Canal and is surrounded by the blooming wildflower meadows of our 2-acre nature reserve.

The newly refurbished Kingfisher Suite, which opened in 2021, provides a modern and airy space for daytime meetings, wedding ceremonies and small gatherings with triple aspect views of King’s Cross and the nature reserve. Come evening, the Kingfisher Suite can be combined with the Canopy to host larger outdoor standing receptions, wedding breakfasts and seated dinners by the Wildflower Bee Bank.

Royal Geographical Society interior

Located in the heart of South Kensington's arts and science district, the Society is one of London’s most charming and iconic venues for a wide range of events from conferences, lectures and meetings to receptions, weddings and exhibitions. The venue’s Grade II* listed building combines unique character with modern facilities to create a perfect backdrop for your event.

White Building External

This Westminster corporate events venue in Central London can hold conferences, board meetings, training events, seminars and lectures as well as elegant private dining functions, award dinners and weddings from numbers as low as 10 up to 498 for a stand up drinks reception. 

Once the former residence of Prime Minister William Gladstone we sit at the very heart of the capital, overlooking St James’s Park, Whitehall and the Mall. Our central London location really couldn't be better being just 5 minutes from Piccadilly Circus underground and Charing Cross train station.

St Martin in the Fields

Somerset House

Built on historic foundations at the very heart of the capital, Somerset House is London’s working arts centre, home to the UK’s largest creative community and one of the city’s best loved public spaces.

The spectacular, neo-classical building offers 12 blank canvas, versatile event spaces, including indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for staging events of all styles and sizes - ranging in capacity from 10 to 1,500.Somerset House is ideally located, sitting between the River Thames and Covent Garden and is accessible via major transport links in the centre of the capital.
