Our membership comprises a wide array of light, spacious and flexible meeting rooms, conference halls and auditoria against the backdrop of a unique, inspiring setting. All spaces are fully equipped with the latest facilities and AV requirements expected from the modern conferencing market. 

Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs) visiting our website will be able to navigate through the capacities and capabilities of each individual venue with ease, cherry-picking their favourites to make an informed booking enquiry online. 

Our venues can accommodate a range of options from horseshoe-shaped board meetings through to large conferences, as well a quirky and unusual spaces for experiential and immersive activations. 

Many of our associated venues benefit from close proximity to major transport links, as such PCOs and corporate bookers can be sure they are booking a centrally located venue with great access. 

With a preferred list of production, audio-visual and catering suppliers, our venues are fully-equipped to meet specific or bespoke requirements from a particular stage-build or set design to specially-themed catering and entertainment.

Horniman Museum and Gardens

IWM London has been transformed. Spencer House is hired for an event on an exclusive hire basis. The client has the use of all the State Rooms, including the splendid terrace overlooking Green Park. Following an exciting relocation, the Museum of Brands has just reopened in a new, stunning location in Notting Hill. The new venue features over 15,000 original consumer items displayed chronologically from Victorian Times to the present, providing a unique insight in brand evolution and dynamics. Dulwich Picture Gallery is the first purpose built public art gallery in the world, housing one of the most important collections of Old Master paintings. Sir John Soane's seminal gallery includes works by Rembrandt, Rubens, Canaletto, Poussin and Gainsborough.

Our suite of 18th century Fine Rooms can accommodate up to 350 for a reception or 100 for a dinner. The rooms have beautiful period interiors and are hung with masterpieces from our collection. Host your event in London’s newest venue located on Kensington High Street with beautiful views over Holland Park. The stunningly refurbished 1960s building is the only public building designed by John Pawson, and features an incredible hyperbolic paraboloid roof.

Housed within the former Grand Junction Water Works, the London Museum of Water and Steam tells the story of how London received its water supply throughout the ages. Built in 1838 the site was responsible for providing clean and safe drinking water to millions of Londoners for almost 200 years. Today the Museum stands as testimony to the genius of Victorian engineering, boasting one of the world’s largest collections of working steam-powered water-pumping engines.

Kew Palace comprises of the glorious Palace, the newly refurbished Royal Kitchens and the very intimate Queen Charlotte’s Cottage all set within Kew Gardens.
