Richmond Creative Events is an established event catering company based in West London. Our experienced team look after all aspects of food, planning, operations and design for a wide range of events, weddings and conferences in London and the South East. We cater in many exclusive venues including the Hop Exchange, Freemasons' Hall, Syon Park and The Coach House at Forty Hall to name a few, as well as many other prestigious venues and greenfield sites.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Event Operations Manager to join us at Richmond. As part of a committed and vibrant team you will be involved in the planning and execution of events including ordering stock and equipment, booking staff, managing logistics, on-site operations and the successful delivery of a variety of corporate and private events.
To be successful in this role you must have a catering background and experience of working in London event venues, and with two to four years of relatable experience already under your belt you'll be ready to take the next step in your career.
You must be highly organised and methodical with the ability to work well when under pressure. You will be a team player as well as being comfortable working on your own, and in addition, you will:
- be capable of delivering bespoke events in a professional manner
- have a confident, proactive and welcoming personality
- be a good communicator, with excellent customer care skills
- be flexible and pragmatic
- display a high standard of personal presentation
- have achieved a good standard of education, preferably with some formal training in hospitality/event management/catering
- be passionate about the food, beverage and events industry
- possess a clean UK driving licence (essential)
- be eligible to live and work long term in the UK
