Kudos Catering are currently looking for an Event & Sales Executive to join their fantastic team for the venue Gibson Hall

We are seeking a confident, experienced and highly motivated Event & Sales Executive to achieve targeted levels of sales for Gibson Hall. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Use sales techniques and closing sales skills on the phone and face to face at meetings and site visits to gain the client’s confirmation of services

Increase the level of sales and business mix direct from individual clients and via third party bookers/agencies and making the most of potential business for the whole of the Crown Partnership

Maintain regular contact with past clients and enquiries employing sales skills to gain more enquiries and confirmations from these clients.

Overcome client resistance/objections to products.

Advise Business Development Director, Development Director and Managing Director of client feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as companies performance.

Take accurate enquiry details from client in accordance with the Crown Partnership SOP Manual.

Effectively communicate function details and client requirements to operations team.

Identify and maintain database of 10 key clients

Attend client and Gibson Hall / Crown Partnership events where required to promote Seasoned and Partnership products and provide full report post event

Represent Gibson Hall on/in professional bodies & associations in order to maximise benefits of membership.

Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant Gibson Hall / Crown Partnership benefits.

Maintain high standard of personal presentation.

Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company's Health and Safety Policy.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have:

    Experience within a similar role

    Excellent communication skills

    A high attention to detail
