Events Co-ordinator - Hampton Court Palace

Historic Royal Palaces looks after some of the most iconic sites in the UK today including Hampton Court, the Tower of London, Kensington Palace the Banqueting House, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle. We need a dedicated full time Events Co-ordinator to support the Functions & Events Team at Hampton Court Palace.

Your challenge will be to deliver high-quality administrative support to the Events team at Hampton Court Palace.

To succeed, you will need to be an enthusiastic individual who is calm under pressure and has an efficient and diplomatic approach. Well organised and customer-focused, you will have some office based experience in a customer service environment. You will also possess excellent IT skills (including MS Word and Excel) be able to manage databases as necessary and maintain filing systems.

With well-developed interpersonal skills, you will be a highly motivated self–starter who is equally happy dealing with enquiries face to face or on the telephone.

Applicants should have an innovative and creative approach to problem solving. Individuals should be well organised and able to work as part of a high achieving team.
