RBG Kew Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kew Gardens whose key objective is to maximise revenue through its commercial activities.
We currently have an opportunity within our Venue Hire Team for a Wedding and Events Co-ordinator to support the delivery of private and corporate events at Kew Gardens. The events range from weddings to corporate dinners, conferences to birthday parties. The role will involve executing successful weddings and events whilst offering the highest standard of customer service. Ensuring high standards are maintained in all aspects of the organizational process, as well as consistently meeting deadlines.
Previous experience of an event delivery environment is essential for this role, as well as having exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience is a must.
You will be required to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis. No agenies please.
We are looking to fill one x full time and one x 6-month fixed term contract.
