The Successful Candidate Will Be Required To
Employ sales skills to convert enquiries into confirmed business for weddings at Gibson Hall
- Maintain regular contact with enquiries, employing sales skills to gain confirmation with these clients
- Identify and develop sources of potential business
- Communicate effectively with clients to gain commitment to purchase Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership products
- Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
- Produce all contracts and deposit invoices for the department
- Communicate function details and client requirements to operations team
- Attend client and Crown Partnership events
- Liaise with other members of Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership sales teams to actively promote sales opportunities
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership products
- Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievements and activities
- Handle correspondence relating to all selling activities
- Represent Gibson Hall and Crown Partnership in a professional manner at all times
