Wedding Sales Executive - Gibson Hall

The Successful Candidate Will Be Required To

Employ sales skills to convert enquiries into confirmed business for weddings at Gibson Hall

  • Maintain regular contact with enquiries, employing sales skills to gain confirmation with these clients
  • Identify and develop sources of potential business
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gain commitment to purchase Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership products
  • Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
  • Produce all contracts and deposit invoices for the department
  • Communicate function details and client requirements to operations team
  • Attend client and Crown Partnership events
  • Liaise with other members of Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership sales teams to actively promote sales opportunities
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of Gibson Hall/Crown Partnership products
  • Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievements and activities
  • Handle correspondence relating to all selling activities
  • Represent Gibson Hall and Crown Partnership in a professional manner at all times
