The Old Harrovian Room is Harrow School’s most popular venue for civil ceremonies, wedding receptions, private parties and corporate events. Located within The War Memorial Building, your grand entrance into the space is welcomed by two beautiful sweeping staircases leading up to the first floor.
These steps meet with the entrance of the Old Harrovian Room, separated into two halves which creates a beautiful natural aisle through the centre of the room for a civil ceremony. The central windows offer an abundance of natural light and character, with each of the surrounding walls holding the portraits of the School’s former Head Masters, a unique backdrop to compliment your event.
The venue can accommodate numbers of 80 to 120 depending on the occasion. If you were to host your civil ceremony and wedding reception within the Old Harrovian Room, the venue would be transformed into an elegant dining room following your ceremony with decorative touches of your choice.
You and your guests can enjoy a fine dining experience through one of our accredited catering suppliers, each with unique and creative menus. The Old Harrovian Room is simple, elegant and understated.
