The Honourable Artillery Company (The HAC) has announced its new preferred supplier list, offering a variety of event solutions to help enhance clients’ event experiences at the historic venue in London.

The HAC has re-opened its doors to re-establish its accredited supplier list and following a competitive tender, suppliers joining the roster include audio-visual pioneers such as Arc Sound and KSS Audio, renowned branding experts Jupiter Visual Communications and MJ Signs, and entertainment powerhouses including Young Guns, Full Circle and Sternberg Clarke.

To transform the event aesthetic, top-tier florists Lavender Green, Pinstripes & Peonies, Veevers Carter and artificial plant hire company Twilight Trees have been selected, alongside furniture hire companies such as Hire It, Options GreatHire, Velvet Living, and Yahire. In addition, marquee providers, photographers, fun day organisers, and inflatables are included, ensuring clients have access to a comprehensive suite of options for their bespoke events.

Building on The HAC’s legacy of excellence, a prestigious 'crowned' designation has been introduced for miscellaneous suppliers, including The HAC Band, Hamish Green – Master of Ceremonies, The Light Cavalry, Pikemen & Musketeers, and Quill & Owl, recognising their exceptional performance and commitment to excellence.

Sustainability, the transition to net zero and championing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion is a key strategic priority for The HAC, and this played a big part in the accreditation process, with the majority of the venue’s selected partners all based within the M25.

Sarah McQueen, Director of Catering and Events at The HAC, says: “Following a competitive tender process, we are confident we have a list of suppliers who will assist us with creating standout events and experiences at the venue. Our accredited supplier list means we’re able to focus on strengthening relationships and building new ones with a likeminded event industry community, all of whom are dedicated to providing a first-class service to clients.”
