Roundhouse Works is a new kind of workspace due to be opening early next year that empowers the next generation of creative businesses, it is a brand new high spec building within the historic grounds of the iconic Roundhouse.
It will make space for young and diverse self-made people to thrive in the creative industries. The new creative centre will be a base for young people to explore their creative interests, meet new people, and collaborate.
The building has a focus on developing leadership skills and supporting young people with their early careers or their creative businesses facilitated by the Roundhouse. They are committed to guiding, as and when they can, young people into the creative industries by giving them the space and facilities to turn their creativity into a career.
It will include a co-working space for young creative entrepreneurs and freelancers, as well as a podcast studio run by Transmission Roundhouse, and a variety of rehearsal spaces for emerging artists aged 18-30.
