Boasting the capacity to host up to 800 guests for a lively drink’s reception or 600 guests for an elegant sit-down dinner.

Graysons are not only looking after the museum’s events and catering but they will be welcoming day-time visitors through the doors of the onsite restaurant and café to experience the exceptional craftmanship and culinary artistry that Graysons consistently delivers across their many sites.

As the in-house caterers, they embrace a simple food ethos of using the finest, freshest local ingredients. Prioritising seasonal British elements for menus featuring contemporary twists on traditional dishes and global influences. Their Executive and Head Chefs craft versatile menus in line with seasonal ingredients for all occasions. For a truly exceptional experience, their chefs will collaborate with clients to tailor bespoke menus to create awe-inspiring dishes.
