Salary: £20,900 (per annum)

We are looking to appoint a Front of House & Hospitality Assistant to join the Business Development and Hospitality team. The overall purpose of the role is to provide a professional reception service, dealing courteously and helpfully with all visitors, receiving and redirecting telephone calls and helping to ensure an appropriate level of security for the ‘front of house’. Reporting to the Head of Venue Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will work closely with the rest of the hospitality and facilities team to administer a full range of hospitality events for both internal and external clients.

The successful candidate will be a first-class communicator, with good interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively and politely with a wide range of people.
