Now Spring is officially here what better opportunity than to get involved in some of the wonderful activities our museums, galleries, tourist attractions and much loved institutions have to offer at this time of year. Why not enjoy an outside garden trail, a visit to a beautiful spring plant fair or immerse yourself in a virtual design and craft workshop or culture and community programme. There is even the option to adopt a piece of history or delight someone with a scrumptious handmade Easter egg!
Join Chiswick House & Gardens for some family fun on a legendary quest this Easter! Crack the clues and search for the dragon eggs on our quest boards as you explore our outdoor trail through the Gardens.
Intrepid explorers who track down the hatched dragon will be rewarded with a chocolate treat and a certificate!
It costs just £1.50 per child and this includes a handy pencil for your quest and a chocolate prize. The Easter Adventure Quest takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete and is suitable for children of all ages.
This event is hosted in partnership with English Heritage. Lots of other sites are taking part across the Easter holidays. Find out more here.
Whilst we wait for the return of in-person events this spring, don’t miss out on the chance to get together and be creative! The Design Museum is now offering a range of virtual design and craft workshops led by an industry expert with each exploring an exciting design process.
These are the perfect way to try a new skill, either as part of a professional team building day or even with a group of your friends or family.

Over the last year, at Two Temple Place we have launched a brand new culture and community programme, inviting artists to take up residence, to provoke and respond and to retell our history.
Now in a collaboration with Chinese Arts Now, we’ve taken an entire arts festival online: CAN x TWO TEMPLE PLACE features newly commissioned artwork in a free virtual reality exhibition, where artists have explored William Waldorf Astor’s own migration journey alongside the experience of the Chinese diaspora in the UK. Visit here www.twotempleplace.org/whats-on/
Free zoom-based guided tours also explore the glorious architecture and darker histories of Astor’s fabulous neo-Gothic gem by Embankment. And later this year, Two Temple Place will be hosting residencies and workshops for central London community groups and independent artists, and launching the next major exhibition for 2022.
