After a long, dark, snowy winter, spring is all about reconnecting with the great outdoors and, with the promise of warmer weather, now is the perfect time to explore the capital’s many stunning gardens, grounds and terraces available for hire. Our extensive membership has an exciting programme of events, exhibitions and packages available throughout spring - here is just a selection of what’s happening over the next few months in their outdoor spaces:

BFI IMAX

London's iconic BFI IMAX have some great breakfast meeting deals this Spring. What better place to start your day than in the home of Britain's BIGGEST screen? BFI IMAX boasts a 498 seat auditorium, the best AV systems around and a guaranteed great time! Bring the excitement of Cinema to your next event and leave attendees wowed!

Packages at BFI IMAX from £2,000+VAT and can accommodate 498 people in a theatre style layout.

Twickenham Stadium

Party by the pitch at Twickenham Stadium.

Discover the feeling of being surrounded by 82,000 seats at Twickenham Stadium, Home of England Rugby and treat your guests to a real ‘wow’ moment as you step into the stadium bowl for a summer party you will never forget. Packages at Twickenham start from £40 +VAT per person and can accommodate up to 800 for a drinks reception.

Royal Institute of British Architects

The 1930s headquarters of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) on Portland Place is one of central London’s grandest avenues.

Make the most of the longer evenings by holding your event in the light-drenched Florence Hall, which opens onto a stunning roof terrace. Your guests can step into spring with beer, wine, soft drinks and a special burger menu which includes Mexican black bean or beef burgers with smoked tomato relish and avocado salsa with lime and coriander, plus a selection of sides.

Packages at RIBA start from £79.95 per person and can accommodate 200-400 guests in a reception style.

Westminster Abbey

The Cloisters at Westminster Abbey offer spectacular views of the Abbey across the Garth. During the warmer months, treat your guests to an atmospheric evening in this ancient open galleries. The Cloisters, are available to hire from £6,000 + VAT, they can accommodate up to 400 guests in a standing reception.

Laban Building

The garden at the Laban Building is a unique outdoor theatre space with landscape design by Vogt Architects. With a dramatic backdrop the amphitheatre is perfect for open-air functions including garden parties, award ceremonies, product launches and cocktail. An explosion of colour in the foyer and concourse area, including the Laban Wall drawing by Martin Craig-Martin, leads you to the Bar that can cater for drinks receptions, parties and networking events with space for a DJ, band and dance floor up to a maximum of 400 standing.

Book your event this spring and receive a complimentary reception of Prosecco when you hire the Garden or Bar. Packages at the Laban Building start from £1,500 for a standing reception, up for 400 delegates. All bookings can include catering at an additional cost.

Royal Horticultural Halls

A unique, historic and versatile venue in the heart of London, Royal Horticultural Halls has two exciting events taking place this spring:

VIP Record Show

The world famous record fair is to be held in the heart of Westminster in our beautiful  Lindley Hall where you can buy and sell anything music related from vinyl to memorabilia, t-shirts, DVD’s books and CDs.

Open to the public from 12pm – admission £5

Adams Antique Fairs

The 'Horti' is the longest running Sunday antiques fair in London, with traders coming from all over Europe and UK to fill the historic Lindley Hall in London's Victoria.
