Jimmy Garcia Catering are excited to launch their new spring/summer menus, crafted by Jimmy and their kitchen team to celebrate the best of British seasonal produce. With ingredients sourced from their ten-mile food heroes and trusted growers; including Moxon’s Smoked Fish in Earlsfield, Tempus Charcuterie in Weybridge, and The Sussex Peasant, every dish tells a story of provenance, passion, and sustainability.

Menu highlights include a vibrant Isle of Wight tomato gazpacho, a playful Cornish crab waffle, and for dessert, a fragrant Strawberry and Basil Charlotte that captures summer on a plate.

To mark the occasion, they hosted a stunning showcase in the Exploring Space gallery, where guests enjoyed a canapé reception and a dinner celebrating seasonal British flavours - think grilled Wye Valley asparagus, lamb cannon, and heritage tomato tart. The finale? Nostalgic ice cream sandwiches made with liquid nitrogen for a touch of theatrical flair.
