This collaboration establishes Payne & Gunter as the first catering supplier to significantly elevate allergy care and safety standards at special events.

This initiative is driven by the reality that over 2.5 million people in the UK have a known allergy, with 45% or those not consistently carrying necessary medication. To proactively address this risk, Payne & Gunter are introducing Kitt Medical’s Anaphylaxis Kits as an operational standard at every event they cater. By making these life-saving kits a mandatory part of their equipment, Payne & Gunter are setting a new benchmark for professional allergy care.

To ensure a seamless system for safety, all kits will be monitored through the Kitt Medical portal for the replacement of adrenaline pens before they expire or used. Furthermore, key Payne & Gunter members will undergo comprehensive CPD training, covering allergy awareness, recognizing anaphylactic shock, and the correct administration of adrenaline pens.
