30 Euston Square’s Training Centre is designed to support scenario-based learning across a wide range of sectors. The facility includes three circuits of 14 adaptable rooms, each equipped with CCTV, allowing for observation and review.

The rooms can be configured to suit various training needs—from hospital bed setups for medical simulations to office-style layouts for corporate development. The layout and set-up of the Training Centre prioritises scenario-based training, which encourages hands-on learning in a controlled environment. This type of training helps improve decision-making under pressure, enhances knowledge retention, and allows participants to apply skills in real-life contexts without real-world risks.

The Centre is regularly used for emergency response training, safety drills, and behavioural development programmes tailored to specific organisational needs.
