Each year The Admirable Crichton creates a garden or botanical concept for the event; this year was Gardens in Art - taking inspiration from artists renowned for painting their gardens or landscapes. The chosen artists were Frida Kahlo, Claude Monet and John Constable with the food also reflecting the favours of Mexico, England and Japan (highlighting Monet’s famous Japanese waterlily garden - the showpiece of the event was a recreation on the famous painting in puddings!
