RCP London Events announces its strongest year to date, reporting exceptional commercial growth, industry recognition and a successful year of client engagement.

In 2025, the RCP London Events team surpassed its revenue target by 11%, continuing a multi-year trajectory of strategic improvement. New business development for larger events (150+ attendees) rose by 7% year-to-date, generating a 38% uplift in new business income compared with the entirety of 2024.

Alongside strong new business performance, the organisation has continued to nurture long-term relationships. Repeat business now accounts for 38% of all confirmed events, highlighting the team’s focus on account management and exceptional customer service. Conversion rates also remain consistently impressive at 21%, significantly above the industry benchmark of 16%.

RCP London Events hosted 38,405 delegates in 2025 and 355 events. The venue continues to attract a diverse mix of clients seeking high-quality, flexible, and sustainable event solutions.

This year has also seen the venue recognised at the highest level, securing three industry awards, including Gold for Best Conference/Event Venue (up to 500 theatre style) in the Conference and Event Awards 2025 and Silver for Best Venue Customer Service. 

Innovation and conscious conferencing leading the way 

A key contributor to the organisation’s record-breaking success has been its commitment to innovation and sustainable event practices. In 2025, RCP London Events officially launched its Immersive Projection Package, as well as several new audiovisual services, including Speech-to-Text, Event Photography and Filming Packages and a Garden Party Package for summer outdoor events, all delivered by its experienced in-house AV team.

These investments sit alongside the introduction of the Conscious Conferences concept, which shines a spotlight on those elements that add purpose to events hosted at the venue, including strong environmental credentials and initiatives, delegate wellbeing initiatives and social responsibility. This approach has resonated strongly with clients striving to deliver more responsible and impactful events.
